Indonesian Jailed for Beating one of His 107 Wives

This small article appealed to my inner humour mainly because it sounds so ludicrous. A 74-year-old Indonesian with 107 wives has reportedly been jailed for beating one of them in front of three others because he suspected she’d been unfaithful.

As the story goes, a police chief on the island of Java was quoted in the Koran Tempo newspaper as saying the husband was guilty of torturing his second wife. Geez, one wife for me is more than enough!. At 74 years of age, keeping his pecker up on a constant basis would be full-time job, that, or he has shares in Viagra.
